Cancellation Policy

Each tour has its own cancellation deadline and refund tier, which are displayed on the tour page at the time of booking.

You can cancel your booking through the My Bookings area or by contacting us at info@activetoursegypt.com.

Refunds may be full, partial, or non-refundable, depending on the specific terms outlined for each tour.

Failure to attend a booked tour without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the total payment.

Cancellation policies for group bookings may differ. Please refer to the specific tour terms for details.

In cases of force majeure or if the operator cancels a tour, you will be informed and offered alternatives or refunds as applicable.

Requests for modifications to bookings should be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability and operator approval.

Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency and method used at the time of booking.
